Facial tips


Healthy, glowing skin is desire of every woman. She wants a flawless skin that can’t be possible without safe and natural care. The wide range of beauty might be able to tempt young girls but nobody is happy with their result. Ayurveda wants you to go beyond the TV screens and come into your kitchen where you will find the treasure for your facial care.

Raw Milk

Skin needs deep pores cleansing at regular basis to get rid of dust. And, you can do so within a couple of minutes by dipping a cotton ball into raw milk and applying it on your face with gentle hands. You may add a little lemon juice too that would work as anti – bacterial agent. Try one of this basic Ayurveda tip and feel the moisture.



Honey has been used by queens in ancient time for the enhancement of their beauty. And, Ayurveda recommends all ladies to keep a honey bottle always with them and daily apply a few drops on their face in morning; keep it for five minutes following the rinsing with lukewarm water. It will protect your skin from wrinkles and dryness.


Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera works wonder for skin. Ayurveda recommends you to grow an Aloe Vera plant at your home and use its gel for healthy skin as well as for good health. Take a leaf and open it; massage the skin with the gel; leave it for few minutes and rinse off. Your skin will feel cool and happy as Aloe Vera is anti – inflammatory and it also protects the skin from acne.

Turmeric pack

Make a paste using 1 table spoon of turmeric powder, half table spoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. Using a cotton ball apply the paste on your face and let it dry followed by rinsing off with lukewarm water. You can use this tip twice a week.

Citrus fruit

The vital vitamin C in citrus fruit works as anti – agent element and also acts as a good skin toner. You can apply a few drops of lemon juice or orange juice on your face alternate day for quick result.
