   The gentle massage of coconut oil or castor oil will tighten your skin and make it young and gentle. Along with face you can also have oil massage on your entire body to get rid of dryness.

  Natural Sunscreen Lotion

Ayurveda has given us a simple formula for natural sunscreen, a requirement of every woman. Mix two table spoons of glycerin, one table spoon of rose water and one table spoon of cucumber juice and apply the mixture ten minutes before sun exposure. You can refrigerate the mixture for future use.
