Hair remedies

 

Having long dense hair is a dream of every woman, and, this is no very difficult to achieve. If you are the one who is suffering from hair loss and having trouble with the length of your hair, here are some Ayurveda tips that will solve your problem in a natural and safe way.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

The problem relating to the growth, strength and pre – mature graying hair can be solved by the use of Indian gooseberry in our diet and its regular application directly on the scalp. It helps in strengthening the hair follicles, stimulates hair growth and prevents hair breakage and spilt ends – a common problem most of the women are fighting with. You can make paste by adding lemon juice in amla powder and apply it on your scalp and hair as a mask and wash your hair with cool water. Or, you can mix 2 table spoons of organic amla juice with 2 table spoons of lime juice and apply this mainly to your scalp and rinse off after an hour.

Oil – Massage

Your grandmother and mother must have told you to put oil in your hair before head-wash. This might seem an age-old hair tip but it’s very affecting one. The massage of coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil distinctly or a mixture is essential for the heath of scalp. A fifteen minute massage can help in accelerating the blood circulation that will be effective for hair growth as a hair tonic.

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek mask make hair soft and naturally treats the dandruff problem. Soak a cup of fenugreek seeds overnight and make a paste in the morning. Add two spoons of coconut oil and apply on the scalp and hair and leave it for two hours followed by water rinse and mild shampooing. You can use the twice a week.

Curry Leaves

You can apply paste of your curry leaves directly on your hair or you can boil the curry leaves in coconut oil for hot oil massage. The herb is helpful for grey hair and promotes hair growth.

Aloe Vera  

Aloe Vera has unique quality to fight any problem related with body and hair. The use of aloe vera gel directly on the scalp helps in the growth of new hair and strength. It acts as a nourishing conditioner that makes hair soft and shiny. Or, you can mix aloe vera gel in your shampoo along with half table spoon of coconut milk and shampoo your hair with this mixture and see the difference.
