Ingredients to make Phulkari Pulao
a) 600 grams of washed rice soaked in water
b) Water 1 liter
c) Ghee 1 tablespoon
d) Boiled cornflakes
e) Red capsicum
f) Green capsicum
g) Yellow capsicum
h) Fried cottage cheese
i) Green beans
j) Orange food coloring
k) Yellow food coloring
l) Cumin seeds
m) Salt to taste
n) Bay leaf
o) Garam Masala
How to make Pulkari Pulao
First of all, boil the rice in the water on low flame, keep the rice undercooked.
Now heat ghee in a vessel and add 2 tablespoon cumin seeds, add 2 number of bay leaves. Now after 2 minutes add all the 2 number of chopped capsicum and beans. Fry the vegetables on low heat, make them half cooked.
Now add salt and garam masala to the vegetables, and then also add rice. With light hands mix all the vegetables and rice. Keep it on low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now mix the boiled cornflakes and paneer and mix them well.
Now turn the casserole in the serving plate, then put two different knife tips in orange color and yellow color, place both the nozzle of this color in different places in the casserole, repeat this process three times.
While serving, heat the casserole plate in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Now the beautiful Phulkari casserole is ready to eat.
