Mr. Khanna is now a successful restaurateur, impressing visitors with delightful food and superb experiences. He is reimagining the concept of the fine dining experience by serving inventive Indian delicacies with a twist of something unique.
According to him – “Bungalow offers a nostalgic journey into India’s vintage clubhouses, and the name stems from the Bengali “Bangla.” Bungalow is an invitation to experience history, culture, and exceptional cuisine, inspired by these opulent clubs that helped shape Indian social life and camaraderie”.
Located at – 24 First Avenue, New York, Bungalow opened its doors to the guests in March 2024. The chef and his excellent team have propitiously established Bungalow’s name in this busy city densely lined with restaurants serving cuisine from different parts of the world.
Recently, Bungalow won the Michelin 2024 Bib Gourmand Award and is even featured as one of the best value-for-money Indian restaurants, within 260 days of opening. Bunglow was also featured on the Top 14 list of new restaurants by The New York Times. Having opened only nine months ago, they have already served 1 lakh guests.
