CHICKEN PULAO
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 3 Lbps
Rice 2 cups
1/2Â cup coconut milk
1 3/4 cup water
onion big 2 Nums
green chilies 13 Nums
ginger garlic paste 3 Tbsp
spring onion for garnish
Basic pulao aroma builders like cinnamon stick,4 cloves,3 bay leaves , 2 star anise,4 cardamom
METHOD
Heat the skillet, add 2 Tbsp coconut oil/olive oil/ghee,
drop aroma builders, let them splutter, add sliced onions fry a bit, add ginger garlic paste fry until nice aroma, add slit chilies ,add raw chicken keep frying, after 5 min add coconut milk water and close the lid ,let it cook for 10 minutes, now  add the presoaked rice {Atleast  30 min prior to use} salt 2 Tbsp, stir it and cover the lid keep it medium on stove top for 15 minutes , check for the water mix well and add 1/2 cup more to bottom and leave it for another 10 minutes ,
finally add chopped spring onion before serving, so that’s it easy pulao ready for relishing, enjoy 🙂
